The service manager, Bobby, politely and professionally listened to my complaints about a part that Midas installed 2 years ago that failed prematurely. The part was past warranty. The mechanic isn’t responsible for a failed part. This was a part not related to the current problem the car had. It was discovered during the full vehicle inspection that was done as a courtesy. Bobby should be commended. Thanks for all those mechanics did.
