Bobby and AJ continue to knock it out of the park. Bobby was upfront with me about the cost of services needed and AJ went over everything in detail when I picked my vehicle up. I do t take my cars anywhere else.

Joe the store manager was really really nice and communicated everything very well. It felt like he actually cared instead of just trying to sell me. It was a great experience. The whole staff is genuinely super nice!

The workers and management were vwery friendly from the moment that I walked in. They took my car right away and kept me informed of the progress.

I came in for air conditioning service because my car was hot. Technicians diagnosed and after checking the coils and coolant and running the AC for several minutes they said everything was functioning appropriately. When I left, the air was cold and there was no charge. Great to experience an honest shop with qualified people. I have already recommended Freehold Midas to many friends and family based on this experience. Highly recommend to everyone reading this survey. I am a loyal future customer based on this experience. Note, while I waited, I witnessed professional courtesy extended to every customer that came into the shop. Highly impressed.
