Staff was courteous and helpful. They took my car without an appointment and drop off was quick and easy. They called to let me know about a more expensive service that was required and it was priced fairly compared to other places.

I had the experience a few days ago of going to Midas for my car repair. I was greeted with court easy and friendliness the staff was knowledgeable and professional my car had to be in their shop for a few hours I was able to get a ride home but not back.

The whole process was simple - from scheduling the appointment, dropping off the car, being contacted to pick it up, and the actual pick up. Everyone was friendly, they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work, and the work was done by the time promised.

No COVID protocols were in place; had to wait for wiper blades to be delivered; car was brought out by a person without a mask on.Tires were NOT rotated.

Not happy with service received, car still has issue.

Called and showed up last minute with a flat. Wanted just a patch but ended up needing a new tire. The staff was so nice and accommodating and even explained to me why it wasn't safe to just patch. And they were more worried about my saftey above all else.

Rip off. I did not like the way they overpriced and made sure that I could not go anywhere else for repair.
