Went in for an oil change. Chris' team did a complete courtesy inspection and discovered a significant problem with rear sway bar. The noise I thought was coming from loose items in the trunk was actually a real rear end problem that needed to be fixed before my weekend trip. Realizing I could not come back on Friday, they fit me in later in the afternoon. The repair was completed and I was safely on my way - same day.
