The front desk manager, was friendly, approachable, he clearly stated the issues with my truck and explained what would be required to fix it, and approximate time for completion.

Courteous on time and very knowledgeable . They do it once is done right. I recommend that shop to my families and friends all the time.

I took my vehicle to Midas to check an issue I had with my air conditioner. Once my vehicle was in the mechanic bay I was informed that I needed a new compressor. I was informed on how much the part was and how long the job will. I am happy with the servi

i have been going to the West Hempstead Midas for over 30 years. their staff are great especially Chris & Raj the managers. Whenever i need immediate service they never tell me i have to wait. i bring the car in and they take care of it in a timely manner. i will keep going to them as long as i need car servicing
