Was greeted as soon as I walked in, gentlemen was very polite. The communication about the price for the brakes was clear and fair and explained what was wrong and what they will do to fix it. Overall great service and customer care!

I was visiting from out of state when my alternator went out. I tried to go to the closest garage which was a Firestone but I was greeted by an employee who said “you couldn’t have come at a worse time. We are busy and understaffed.” I panicked because it was starting to pour and I had my 2 small children with me. I googled the next closest garage and found Midas a mile and half down the road but they were getting close to closing for the day. I talked to Steve who was incredibly friendly and very helpful. He calmed me down and assured me he would take care of my van in no time. One quick call to AAA and we were on our way from one garage who clearly didn’t want our business to a garage who cared. Steve and his co-worker were amazing and made a HUGE difference in my and my kids’ day and the rest of our trip. Thank you so much!

Steven the manager was incredibly kind and professional. He got me an appointment within 1 hour of calling. The whole staff was very professional and fixed my weird rattling noise.
