All of the associates I have interacted with have been great and no one has treated me differently because I am a woman. That alone means a lot. Mike has been great helping me get my car fixed from the damage that AAMCO inflicted on my car. He has been up front about everything from the work being done to the cost. I highly recommend Midas if you want exceptional service and thorough work done.

Informative customer service and I was able to work in one of the back rooms while I waited for 3 hrs. I was able to plug my computer and do some business work since I came from out of town to take care of my daughter's car.

Two stars is more than deserved. Price gaugers!!!! Parts overpriced more than Mercedes charged. Recommended service did not correct issue. Car was never placed on diagnostics. Service Manager, Mahlon Kaighn was rude and obnoxious. A complaint was filed with corporate Midas. Issue was never corrected and I was overcharged. Took advantage
