Informative customer service and I was able to work in one of the back rooms while I waited for 3 hrs. I was able to plug my computer and do some business work since I came from out of town to take care of my daughter's car.

My oil change at Midas was very pleasant! The customer service was great and the waiting area was comfortable as well, with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. I was even given the remote to the television to watch some Netflix.

They were professional and courteous. They scheduled my appointment the first time that I called and ensured that I was taken care of quickly.

Chirs, the store manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. Along with the oil change, I bought four new tires and an alignment. Chris got my vehicle right in and completed the work to perfection.
