Fast and excellent service for a fair price

Troy was accommodating from the outset, scheduling car service the same day I called for an appointment. He explained recommendations for battery and filter replacement Although the quoted battery price seemed high and need marginal, I appreciated the suggestion and greatly appreciated the lack of pressure to purchase a new one. Quick service with a smile.

Brought the car in for a suspected exhaust leak based on a very high frequency pulsing noise. The diagnosis was that it was a loose pulley. The exhaust system was diagnosed as needing to be replaced but not urgently. We visited while on vacation so chose to have the work done when we returned home. The inspection also revealed a mail in our left rear tire but since it is a low profile tire not compatible with this locations tire machine the manager referred me to a nearby tire shop to make the replacement. We were not charged anything and I am highly grateful for the honesty and integrity of the Midas manager. If we were local they would be our go to for any future work.

I called asking for a same day appointment. They were able to make one for me. Dropped car off at scheduled time, check in was quick and efficient. I was told I would be called when car was ready, I was called and returned for pick up. Review of service was quick and efficient and check out was quick as well. A very well run shop.

The whole job is perfect

They were excellent in service and communication, staff was excellent with understand with children ( under 5 ) would be with me and kept them busy and happy. Price was what I wanted and explained properly as well.
