They got me right in, did what I needed Went above by replacing a couple of tire caps that were missing

I do recommend Hyannis Midas They are great and honest

My appointment was at 9:00 and I was taken right in. The customer waiting room was clean and comfortable . The men's bathroom was clean and all supplies were adequate. My oil change was done promptly . The results of the inspection was reported to supervisor who went over any issues that needed attention. not my first visit, and surely not my last. Ken Watson

Answered all my questions and rescheduled the service to be done as soon as the parts came in. Explain the problem clearly and kept in contact re the parts. So far, the car is running smoothly so except for the cost, what’s to complain about?

Excellent place to bring car for any service. They work hard at fixing problems. Extremely satisfied.

Brake work was completed as described. Tested thoroughly the next day on a trip and brakes were very smooth 2 new tires installed on rear as agreed.

after looking to see what i needed (radiator) troy, the manager told me it could be up to 2/3 days getting the part, which i had not much choice. to my surprise, the part had to come in alot earlier, and i got a call the day after i brought it in (which was late in the afternoon) and Troy told me the car was finished, and i could pick it up! i thought i was going to have to wait at least another day or day and a half, to 2 days. so apparently the part came in earlier, and they worked on my car quickly, which again, was a pleasant surprise, because not having a car on cape cod is tough. so needless to say, i was very pleased with how they made it work and had my car ready the next afternoon. thank you Frank Di Maria

I am an out of state resident and had unanticipated break problems. Despite being a holiday weekend and veery busy the staff at the Hyannis store got me in and fixed my brakes so I could drive home with peace of mind. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are a great tribute to your brand.

I needed to have two tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle so I could get an inspection done, they were able to take me right in as the tech that was going to work on my vehicle just finished a job and was waiting for parts for another. John at the counter was very professional and friendly, the tech came out to let me know that I would probably need front brakes done soon, I thanked him and said I would be back for that when it was time. I was in and out of the shop in about a little less than an hour and the price was very fair
