I am an out of state resident and had unanticipated break problems. Despite being a holiday weekend and veery busy the staff at the Hyannis store got me in and fixed my brakes so I could drive home with peace of mind. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are a great tribute to your brand.

I needed to have two tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle so I could get an inspection done, they were able to take me right in as the tech that was going to work on my vehicle just finished a job and was waiting for parts for another. John at the counter was very professional and friendly, the tech came out to let me know that I would probably need front brakes done soon, I thanked him and said I would be back for that when it was time. I was in and out of the shop in about a little less than an hour and the price was very fair

He explained recommendations for battery and filter replacement Although the quoted battery price seemed high and need marginal, I appreciated the suggestion and greatly appreciated the lack of pressure to purchase a new one. Brought the car in for a suspected exhaust leak based on a very high frequency pulsing noise. The diagnosis was that it was a loose pulley. The exhaust system was diagnosed as needing to be replaced but not urgently. We visited while on vacation so chose to have the work done when we returned home. The inspection also revealed a mail in our left rear tire but since it is a low profile tire not compatible with this locations tire machine the manager referred me to a nearby tire shop to make the replacement. We were not charged anything and I am highly grateful for the honesty and integrity of the Midas manager. If we were local they would be our go to for any future work.

I called asking for a same day appointment. They were able to make one for me. Dropped car off at scheduled time, check in was quick and efficient. I was told I would be called when car was ready, I was called and returned for pick up. Review of service was quick and efficient and check out was quick as well. A very well run shop.

The whole job is perfect

After reading a number of very positive reviews, I brought my 16 year old truck in for a repair. Parts were delivered to the shop quickly and the repair completed the same day. Staff was very professional and pleasant.

Easy to make appointment although the online scheduling didn’t really work, took me in right on time, did a very nice job and got me out pretty quickly

Very nice, I expressed my concerns with my brakes on my car. They did a thorough check, and got back to me within a couple hours. The work was done in a timely manner and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Thank you! I'll surely be back for future maintenance.
