I have to say that I am so incredibly impressed by EVERYONE at the Hyannis Midas location. Not only were they nice and accommodating to me, but while waiting for my service to be completed, I observed several interactions the mechanics and other staff had with other clients- walk-ins and people with scheduled appointments. These men went above and beyond, helping each and every person who came in, with the best attitude and a smile. My service was great, they managed to squeeze me in last minute, found the filter needed for my car(I had trouble at other places with that),communication was excellent, and they performed the service in a timely manner. I had my little daughter with me, and they were also very understanding and sweet with her. Couldn't be happier - already recommended them to friends and family.

I was very pleased that Brier the manager was there training two individuals. Austin is one of them who is from North Dakota and I must say he was extremely pleasant and courteous and professional when taking my reservation and when I was being checked in.Brier an excellent trainer, he is calm and patient and I told him so. Training new individuals is not always easy. I was also very pleased to see that John who used to be there when Paul was the manager has returned and he recognized and knew me by name which is an invaluable asset to Midas and This location. he even remembered that my daughter brings her car there for service. I was very impressed. I will always continue to go to this location because I am assured of good service.
