"Brought my 2010 Corolla for exhaust repair. Told it would be $2000, brought car to Cibao muffler in Providence, in & out in 45 minutes, got charged $60. Midas just wants to replace, not repair.Consumer beware..."

David Frank and team were extremely friendly and professional. I was in and out of the garage in les then 90 minutes and the repair cost was astonishing! The dealer wanted $2,100.00 to repair my car's flex pipes; Midas did it for $355.00. They gained a customer for life and I will never go to the dealer again for anything, including buying a car. This establishment is run in an honest manner and it is greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this Midas location!

The way Dave runs the whole place. Honest, clear and upfront. Cleanest bathroom on Diamond Hill Rd!!

I have been going to Midas for my oil change and tire for quite some time and the customer service I receive is amazing. They are always honest and try their best to accommodate me when needed. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this location.

I’m always able to get an appt on the day I ask for and if for some reason they are unable to such as this particular midas is having their parking lot redone and I wasn’t able to have the sat appt so I was emailed shortly after to be offered to be squeezed in on the following day that I had made the appt. They always go the extra mile to accommodate me.

I always visit this Midas. Dave and his team are honest and always polite and do a great job. They recommended services needed without being pushy. The work is always done right, no problems.

The fact that the location was available for my service, as well as the great employees, who performed the work on my vehicle.

Dave is so nice every time I go there. Everyone overall seems pretty honest, I feel like I’m not trying to get sold on other things just because. They’re very clear on the services they give to you. I’m really picky with where I take my vehicle so I’m glad I have this location to go to right up the street.
