Jim is such a friendly and hardworking associate. He helped me schedule an appointment and explained everything about what they had done to my car in detail once the appointment concluded. He also explained the gold member plan to me in simple terms, which made it easy to understand and apply! The service did take over an hour and a half (for an oil change and tire alignment), but they were super busy so I understood why it took longer than expected. They did a great job and I liked that they shared pictures of the interior and exterior of my car with me over text…super helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer of this Midas location for 20 years. Paul, Carlton and Jim are always very accommodating to my scheduling needs. They do a great job explaining any necessary repairs/recommendations needed and keep me well informed on when any future services should be completed.
