I like Dan the manager. He is up front with the cost and does not BS. He knows the history of our cars and looks out for us.

Second time taking a car to Midas Quakertown west location and received great service. They inspected my brakes and rotors and we discussed what would be the best repair. ……nice staff ….thank you

Met expectations. Took me in same day I calledIn and out within an hour. Friendly service.

The associates waited for me so I could still get my car even though it was so close to closing time.

The technician was very good after I went back a second time. I wish they had let him show me the problem with my truck. I like the technician and will him complete the work required.

Got me in on a Saturday with scheduling only a day before! Service was done very quickly, and everything was explained to me fully.

The job was done well but they did not worth familiar whit the BMW the replace the censor on the brakes the wrog way BMW dealer rectefid but I was satisfied whit the job

I have been taking my vehicles to Midas for years and have always been very satisfied with the work done on the vehicles. Kathy is great!! She always explains in depth everything to me about the vehicle being serviced. I had an issue with one vehicle last year and Dan was very helpful. I will continue to go to Midas for any work needed!

I'm extremely upset with my recent inspection. I was told that I needed new brakes to pass inspection and I had them replace my front brakes to pass. They said I'd have about a month left to my back brakes and they were barely passing. I've been monitoring

Dan and the staff are always great in communicating with the fleet company and keeping e in the loop with approved repairs

Besides checking in not a word was said to me. They didnt update about my car being inspected. The mechanic didn't even come tell me my car passed inspection. I wasn't given any information about what they checked during the inspection nor told what was good, bad, or indifferent with my car. All I was told is when my car was ready and how much the bill was for the inspection.
