Kevin (I hope that's right) was super. I missed my 9 am appointment, he called to remind me. I wasn't able to re-schedule as they were booked out for a couple of weeks. I got a call an hour or so later fron Kevin telling me some time had opened. I brought my car in and it was done in 45 minutes!! As there was no one else waiting, he offered the remote to Netflix on the TV, coffee, water, and showed me the location of the restroom. It was a lovely experience. I actually enjoyed getting an oil change! When does that happen??

I dropped my car off for service and asked if I could wait around for ~1 hour while I waited for my ride to come pick me up. The lobby was spotless and the employees were welcoming and professional. Got a call later in the day notifying me that the car was ready and I picked it up the next morning. No problems and super convenient.

Not only was the man up front extremely undrastanding, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The mechanic who would be performing the service to my vehicle came out and re-assured me that they always test drive the vehicles before and after the service. Very pleased with the overall service. Mike the service advisor was funny and honest. Zero complaints on my end.
