As always I received a call quickly after requesting an appt on line. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours of phone call. Dropped car off around 930am and within an hour received a phone call for estimated cost which was more than reasonable. Within a few hours I received a call that my car was all set and ready for pick up. Every time I’ve used Midas I’ve always been impressed with the quality of service. Also how quick and efficient they always are

Everyone was great. The service was done professionally and the clerk at the help desk answered questions and offered coffee in a professional manner. Very polite and awesome people skills. The mechanic heard concerns and followed up with quick responses.

My car had to be towed to Midas because my starter died. I left a message before Midas opened that I was doing this with no expectation for my car to be ready the same day. I received a call back from Jason, before Midas opened, that the dropoff was fine. My car would be looked at and I would be contacted. I was, it was the starter and was told they would attempt to get it done that day. They did! The staff at the Wakefield RI Midas are always pleasant. BUT, always professional.
