Do not go to this place. Returned muffler immediately after they swindled me into buying a piece of junk muffler. They did not honor their return policy. Out the money!!!

The oil life wasn’t reset after oil change. Not a big deal though since it is easy to do myself.

Needed a Tire Repaired. I understood why based on the location of the Nail that I needed to replace the tire as repairing it wouldn't have been safe. What I can't understand is how they arrive at a price of 121/tire for the same model/tire I could get on

The person who checked me in for service took care of the gentleman that walked in after me first although he clearly saw me enter first as there was a few minutes that I waited while they completed the previous customers transaction.

While I was provided information about my vehicle and recommended service, they failed to turn off the message in my car's computer and it still tell me that I need maintenance.

Was not given a service time estimate, pushed for me to spend a lot more money, even when after I said I couldn’t. Did not tell me a simple oil change was going to be $80 dollars

I scheduled recommended work a month prior, when I dropped my work van off the shop kept the van for 3 days before notifying me it would be an additional day for the parts they ordered. So they kept a money producing van for 3 days unnecessarily. When someone schedules recommended service and parts are required they should be ordered. Midas isn't the only business trying to make money in this world and it cost me dearly for Midas to hold a work asset while not working on the van.

It was a terrible experience. I was told that four hours were needed for the services I requested. In fact, it took almost 7 hours. There were no text messages, phone calls, or other communications during the repair. I won't recommended this servicenter.
