Big O Tires

This was not my first visit to your store. This time was only for an oil change. It took way too long. I was told about 20 minutes and that was fine. There were only a few cars at the shop at the time of my visit. I know an oil change isn't a big money maker, but I was there 45 minutes.

The staff and quality of work along with the value of the cost was outstanding. Look forward to future business.

The girl at the computer was a little confused or training? It turned out okaky.

Keisha was great! She greated me and had us in and out... wonderful place this was my 2nd visit here.

Short staff...two other early morning visit(s) the staff was eating his breakfast directly in my face and could not focus on my needs

I have been a patron of this establishment for a couple of years now and have always received great service.

I dropped my car off at 930am and I had to call at 200pm just to see if it was still there and finally got a call at 235 to say it was ready.

I had a slow leak, I was checked in quickly and my tire had a patchable hole which was fixed quickly

Couldnt enter one star or would have. Service was great, front counter staff very helpful. Unfortunately my middle console was accessed and rifled through to plug a tire. Slight scuff at eyeglass holder tends to show access to that compartment as well. Nothing missed but still not acceptable.

Janne' could not have been nicer. Chris fixed my tire and was very polite and professsional . GOOD JOB BIG O TIRES!!!

They wrote down the wrong mileage and have never corrected in the system; therefore the mileage is reporting wrong on reports and causing me a nightmare.

Love this place. Dependable and honest. I also use the one on Silverbell road in Tucson. Neither of these places disappoint.

Went in to fix slow leak in my tire. Excellent service and timely. Went back for state inspection. They didn't disappoint.

Just remember to show workers how to reset maintenance checks in cars! Keisha was on the spot with it tho...

I called at 9 AM becsuse I blew out a tire and they took care of me right away! Friendly staff!

Friendly and helpful for everything and time saving because service is so fast. I recommend all my friends and other people too.

I had three tires installed on Nov. 20 2019. I was told that a brake inspection was done and that front and back brake pads was good. On Nov. 24 I can hear rear brake pads grinding because pads are low. Probably could have saved the rotor if I was told the pads was low when tires was installed.

Second time at this location and had awesome customer service even a place for the kids to play while we waited... And less expensive than the Low price tire shop down the street...
