Everything was great definitely more than just a tire shop even though i only needed tires they recommend other services but didn't try to twist my arm to get other things done. I will definitely do business with Big O in the future

My husband came in unscheduled with our son to get the flat tire repaired, that our daughter had just damaged. We are from out of state and my husband was so impressed, he gave the gentlemen a tip to get themselves some donuts in the morning. He continued to report and describe how the team was so hospitable and nice and got the job done quickly. We made it safely home the next day to Rochester NY. I'm originally from Louisville, Kentucky and Big-O is the tire store that was always dependable for my family. My father always went there for his tires. When I saw that Big-O came to Richmond, Virginia, I knew that I could go there for good tires and good service. I've originally purchased a set of tires for my truck (Ford F-150) and recently my Chevrolet Camaro. Both times I received great service. The staff was knowledgeable about the tires I requested and I didn't feel as if they were simply uninformed people behind a counter. I was concerned with the various bells and whistles on vehicles these days, particularly the tire pressure gauges. I wanted to make sure they were aware my vehicles had these features and I wanted to be assured that the folks putting on the tires were knowledgeable about these features. They were patient with me asking and put my mind at ease that they would handle my vehicles with care. That is why I came back to Big-O for my Camaro.

Big O is my new go-to for my car! The team is polite, professional, and efficient. I have been twice now and have been super pleased with the experience. Waiting area is very clean and conducive to working (or watching tv). They even have a kids area! Highly recommend!!
