I was on the road traveling with family to a concert and had an unexpected emergency with the car. The Manager Rob was very empathetic and helped to ease my mind that he would do his best to solve my mechanical issue and even waited with us until we were able to get in touch with a family member that lived in the area for pick up from the shop as it was closing time. The next morning kept in contact with me through the whole process. I really appreciate the service that was provided. Rob went above and beyond. He is a true MVP!!
