I tried booking the free brake check online but never got a call with confirmation. I called the shop the next day and they said they could do the work the same morning. Shop was packed with cars but work was done quickly. The digital report that was sent to my cell phone was very good. There were some surprises that I did not expect and some safety concerns that they explained.

The A/C recharge was great. The air conditioner works better now that the car was new.

Telephone call was handled professionally by Lisa in Branford, CT branch. When I arrived I was greeted and appreciated her wonderful attitude. Lisa's knowledge of coolent for my SUV gave me piece of mind. My manual recommended using the dealership when adding coolent fhe A/C. It was because of my talking to Lisa that I used Midas for my A/C. I have used Midas in previous years and have been satisfied by work performed.
