The gentleman at the desk was also the person who worked on my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Everything is always done thoroughly and quickly and explained in detail. It is a comfortable place to wait for the work to be done and has a very friendly and efficient front end person.

I was greeted by Kyle at check-in and I was processed quickly. I asked if he could take a look at my exhaust system to see why it was so loud. He brought it in, put it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also, found a brake issue. Both were repaired quickly and I was on my ferry back to Martha's Vineyard in record time! He was very professional, polite, explained everything and stuck to the cost estimate presented to me at check out. I will be returning again next week for an issue with a different vehicle. Midas in Falmouth MA is the greatest ! I will pass it on to my friends.
