I dropped in with no appointment and was greater by the manager Matt Jonas he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He assessed my needs and told me they could take a look at the exhaust and evaluate it; they did this quickly and gave me a few options and then did the repair for me that same day! Yahoo! The whole team, Matt, the Mechanics, and Midas knows what their doing and did so much more than I expected. It sounds like I'm gushing but it's true and I can't say enough about it. I live on Martha's Vineyard have to take the ferry over which takes time and planning but it's worth it. Midas I suggest you start marketing over here, many Islander can't get their vehicles looked at at all this time of year and would gladly come over to the cape if the knew the service they'd get. I'll be spreading the word and will be bringing my vehicle, my mother's, and my sisters too!

I've been going to this Midas location for years and have been pleased with the service I've always received. On my last visit I had a problem with a noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. They said they thought it was from a worn wheel bearing

wanted to give a shout out to Matt Jonas and the crew at the Falmouth branch, because it seems like no one bothers to say thank you for a job well done, they just want to complain. My daughter had a few issues with her Volvo, so we brought it in Saturday the 15th of July. Our issues were carefully listened to, potential solutions were discussed, and an approximate price was agreed to in advance. This is exactly how I would have handled it if In were working there, but its amazing how few companies do it today. They even found issues we didn't know about, and asked us if we wanted them fixed as well. Bottom line is that we were both treated with respect and courtesy, you should pat yourselves on the back for bringing in a crew like that. You hired well.

Appointment was scheduled for convenient time, right away my car was serviced. The technician informed me that my tires were probably outdated when I purchased them years ago from a different company in a different state. I appreciated the information!

I walked in unannounced and the gentleman that greeted me was very polite and accommodating. They discovered my problem explained to me what needed to be done and quoted me a price that I could understand. On my way out, they pointed out potential issues I had with my brakes, but they where not intimidating and I appreciated their input on something I already suspected. Finally, on my way out they noticed my tire pressure was low and then proceeded to inflate all my tires. I will be going back with my wifes car for service next week. VERY IMPRESSED
