Got there at my appt time, they took the car in the bay within 5 minutes, completed the oil change and tire rotation, topped off my fluids and cleaned the windows, was in and out in just over a half hour, very satisfied, I been using Midas for most of my oil changes and tire rotations, will recommend Midas service to my neighbor across the street for her car needs.

I have been patronizing the Pasadena Midas for several years, on a referral from a co-worker. Two of the most important things to be said of the staff, is the friendliness of the staff, and the honesty of the staff. In particular Tom and Chrissy. I will never go anywhere else for the service of my two vehicles. Never have I ever been pressured to do any work. Tom would say it could wait or it would need to be done immediately, and that’s something to be commended. The Pasadena Midas definitely needs to be recognized for all his hard work to its patrons. Thank you.
