Came in for a squealing left driver side wheel. They recommended new brakes because they said I had bad hardware from a previous brake job a friend did. So $305 later the wheel still speaks. What a waste of money. Threw good brakes away. Install was good b

"Brought my truck in for a squealing noise. I was told it was bad hardware from brakes I purchased(not from Midas)and put on by a friend. So, Midas put their brakes on and come to find out it was not the brake hardware. Their went $40. Purchase their brakes"

Not totally happy. The estimate and the total cost are not the same (considering plus/minus). The final was more (over 100 more) than what was quoted at first. Will never come back again.

They get parts from advance auto then raise the price 75%. Looked up parts number from bill and found where they bought it. Example they paid 183.99 for a part and charged me 340.00. Scott is a big phony.

Even though it was mid-afternoon and I didn't have an appointment, they performed a diagnostic on my battery. It was indeed at the end of life so they replaced it on the spot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I am done with the dealer service. I will get as much of my maintenance services as possible here.
