Was very please speaking with Tom about what he had found and explained so that I understood. He took pictures for me of what he found and showed me where the tires were dry rotted along with the serpentine belt. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Spending a lot of money is not fun when you don't expect it but the professionalism and expertise along with the friendliness made it feel like i was getting a great deal at the end of the day. Here's an updated version of your review: "I came into Midas with bad brake pads on my Mercedes-Benz, and although they didn't have the parts in stock initially, Tom called the very next day to let me know they were in. Everyone at Midas was amazing! The way they promptly reacted, reached out to me, and kept me informed through emails was impressive. The staff is incredibly nice, friendly, and made me feel like I had known them forever. They were very sensitive to my concerns, honest, and extremely detailed in their explanations. Plus, the price was totally affordable. Highly recommend their service!"

They greet the customer. Very friendly. Very clean areas.Gave me the cost asked if I want them to proceed to work on my car. I didn't have an appointment but my battery needed to be checked. Battery had to be replaced and they had one for my car and I was in and out quickly. Staff answered my questions and lessoned to all I said. I have recommended people to Midas and so has my husband because we are always happy with the service they provide to us.

my alternator needed to be replaced. my car sat for 10 days while we were on vacation. When I came home the battery light came on. I called Tate Service and wasn't able to get an appointment until a month later. Called Midas and they saw me immediately, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the alternator on the same day - an hour and a half is all it took. Very pleased. They were waiting on parts for other vehicles and were able to squeeze me in.

Everything works they installed, throttle sensor and pedal. They did it in a good amount of time. No problems.
