Great, friendly staff that kept me informed while I waited for my car. They didn’t try to up-sell any other services. Brake job completed in less than 75 minutes.

Midas helped me with a simple tire plug from a nail. It was a very small task, but they still treated me with kindness and resolved the problem for me within minutes.

I am consistently impressed with Midas in Pasadena. They are very customer-oriented, and I have a lot of trust that what they do is accurate, complete, and effective. They seem genuinely more interested in solving problems and making sure I understand the reason for repairs. Everything is fairly quick and prompt, and the representatives who call always seem in a pleasant mood. I've not only never had any complaints about the work they've done, but I don't think I've ever been any less than pleased with it. The only thing I could say is that they seem to be on the upper end of the potential cost for parts and labor, but never overpriced and it's always repairs and labor that still seem reasonable. Ultimately, even if I could find someone to do the work cheaper, I'm happy paying maybe a little more than average to know it's done right and that I won't be tricked or nickel and dimed on other things. I'm glad I can trust I will drop a car off for repairs, and not only will the repairs be handled, but they'll check with me for any other repairs that are recommended without repairs that aren't needed. Awesome stuff!
