I made the appointment, it took a couple minutes. I was in the shop for less than an hour, which is amazing. I've been a Midas customer for twenty years. i worried that the change of would make it harder or higher charge. it didn't Midas is much warmer and comfortable compared to a dealer, and can still do it all.

This shop went out of its way and even stayed late to help my family out of a tough spot.Highly ethical and highly professional.Can I give 6 stars..They deserve it!

they explained everything to me what was going to be done to the car. And told me things my car would need in the future.

trustworthy mechanics friendly In general this is my go to shop now - I’ve had many bad experiences at other shops / mechanics. They do the work and don’t try to overcharge / recommend unnecessary work.

I was highly satisfied because they were able to get me in at my requested appointment time range. They provided a fast service and joked I could stay longer if I wanted because I was surprised it was shorter than time expected. We talked about my car briefly since it was a new purchase. I've come there the last 2 times for my oil change (2 previous times with my old car) and I don't have a complaint per se just a curiosity. This time I requested the appt online. It said I would get notified if it could be made and I didn't get a notification. I called to schedule it and got told I was already scheduled. That was a surprise to me.

Midas staff were very friendly and consistent. They are reliable and efficient with their work. I would recommend anybody to Midas for all their car needs.

I have found this in evidence whenever I take my car into my local Midas shop. I cannot ask for anything more than a continuation of this level of service.
