Though our vehicle failed the safety inspection, the folks were very informative. Mike and his technician took me into the shop and went over the items that needed to be repaired. They also took the time to answer the questions that I had for them. There knowledge and professionalism did not go unnoticed!

Mike, the owner, is friendly and cheerful. On previous trips, on my request, he's taken me to the car up on the lift and explained the situation. He gives me straight explanations. On this trip, I had a bag of coffee, and we brewed it and enjoyed a discussion about coffee.
