Rachel is AMAZING. She supported me in getting in quickly, ordering my tire, scheduling me later in the afternoon because I had to work, and got me out in less than 45mins despite them being short staffed. If she hadn’t seriously recommend to me a couple of months ago during my last visit to get the tire coverage (I am always getting nails in my tire) then my most recent visit (my tire blew by mistake) would’ve been super expensive. I am so happy that she recommended I get the tire coverage plan. I am always grateful when she is there because I know my truck is in good hands.The technicians who worked on my vehicle were super quick and did a great job.

Good service just a bit expensive for a battery

the service is excellent and the staff , mechanics all are highly skilled and knowledgeable . I would not take my vehicle anywhere else but this location at joppa rd. parkville, md. Its comforting to know that you have good people skilled and know what they are doing when servicing your vehicle.

Mechanic was honest in telling me brakes did not need replacement. I was charged for the inspection, but not for the $400 repair of the brakes

"I dropped my truck off at 10:30 am , the truck sat on the parking lot all day until 4:00 pm when i arrived without a call from midas. They then took 40 minutes top to do whatever was necessary if they done anything at all. Because 5 days later same problem"

Rachel was very personable and adaptable to my situation, being that I had to call back and change my appointment. When I arrived, the system was down, but Rachel explained what would happen once the system came online. There was communication throughout the whole process, and the work was completed much faster than expected.

I went in for a oil change and was told I needed front and back brakes. When I said I just had breaks installed by Mr Tire less then a year ago and that they had a life time warranty I would take my car back to them. I went to mr Tire and didn?t mention wh
