So Far So Good

I was seen, good eye contact, had full attention, politeness, they listened and stood up to their word. They comfortably spelled out my options when they called. Did not pressure or sway. Answered my questions. Then helped me make my decision the pros and cons and importance of what I needed at that time.

The technicians were very helpful and super friendly. I submitted my appointment request online after business hours and was called back first thing the next morning.

Professional service given in a timely manner. Excellent work performed and completed on job assignment by technician.

Rachel is AMAZING. She supported me in getting in quickly, ordering my tire, scheduling me later in the afternoon because I had to work, and got me out in less than 45mins despite them being short staffed. If she hadn’t seriously recommend to me a couple of months ago during my last visit to get the tire coverage (I am always getting nails in my tire) then my most recent visit (my tire blew by mistake) would’ve been super expensive. I am so happy that she recommended I get the tire coverage plan. I am always grateful when she is there because I know my truck is in good hands.The technicians who worked on my vehicle were super quick and did a great job.

Rachel was very personable and adaptable to my situation, being that I had to call back and change my appointment. When I arrived, the system was down, but Rachel explained what would happen once the system came online. There was communication throughout the whole process, and the work was completed much faster than expected.
