Misty was great at Midas to get me set up for service the technician was great too one thing they had the had 149000 miles that was wrong it has 14900 miles no big deal the service was still great thanks Blaine

Steve, the associate who helped me, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He listened to my issues and was able to help me. He was honest about his opinions on what needed to be done and gave me a price breakdown/explanation of everything.

They always get things done as you requested. They explained details and pricing upfront and give you an honest estimate of how long they would need to complete the job. I like that.

Steve was very professional and explained everything that they found wrong with my vehicle in detail. He showed me pictures that they took of my vehicle and made me feel at ease with the purchase of 2 tires that were desperately needed.
