I didn't have any issues with anything during my visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It actually took less time than i was told.

I would recommend the name of this branch for all of the vehicle's services as the customer service is awesome and technicians are perfect. Good luck to them.

Customer Service was excellent. I came in with an initial complaint regarding my power steering but was reassured by the initial inspection that this Midas provides. The initial inspection revealed that I needed new shocks and that my problem with power steering had reset itself. Staff(Amber) even checked my service history to determine when other services had been completed and if any of those services were still under warranty.

I made the appointment online, which was super easy. I was only getting an oil change and from the time I entered the office to the time that they were finished it had only been approximately 20 minutes. They also recommended other work that I should consider getting done and even gave me a quote on how much those tasks would cost. These people are just wonderful to do business with.
