Big O Tires

I went in to buy new tires. Would have cost me $697. But because we werent happy with how quickly the tires wore out, and after several go arounds they gave us a discount and our new total was down to $442. All the techs were very nice and professional.

Excellent service, excellent communication.

I wanted to use a local company and support them at this time in our economy. Overall I felt the service was good but the price ended up being significantly higher than I thought it would be after committing to purchasing the tires.

The staff at this big o are kind and have always been able to work on my vehicles regardless of appointment or no appointment

Cruz And his entire team were great representatives of the big o tire brand. They were Profession, kind, courteous, thorough, and polite. A very positive experience and it was like breathing a breath of fresh air.

Normally I have had super service with Big O, but for the second time in a row they rotated my tires on my truck and did not change the tire pressure. Had 85psi on the front and 65psi on the rear. I let air out of the fronts to 65psi and added to the rear to 80psi.They don't charge for rotation for a 15+ year customer so how can I complain?

I have been doing business with this location for years. They are under new ownership and things seemed to be running a lot better. I went in and got some new tires for my 4 Runner. They entered the mileage wrong on the ticket and now the Carfax shows that my vehicle has inconsistent mileage. I called in and talked to the manager Clint he said he would fix it but it never happened.

My family is a regular customer at this Big O location for over 15 years. I had a leak in one of my tires and Jamie and the gang at Big O took care of it for free and quickly!!! Everyone should take a page out of their customer service book. They are always friendly and fast. I send anyone that needs Tires or service to Big O.

Making the appointment was easy. When I arrived the associate that helped me was friendly and listened to my needs. I was also in and out extremely fast.

Isaac at the South Jordan location went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly and professional. Service was quick and correct.

Quick service, quality work and great at getting me priced so I know what to expect.

The time it took was amazingly fast, and I can tell my truck drives better after the alignment
