Big O Tires

I love my local big O they have been helpful to me through the years. I work at a local gas station and I refer people to them all the time.

Had a hole in my sidewall and they warranted it and gave me a new tire

Every person there wasninvolved in taking exceptional care of my truck! We were on the freeway when suddenly the power steering went out and we pulled into big o in Nephi with about 30 Min to spare before they closed! They took care of us and did the repair needed on a seized pulley and belt that had broken! Serious angels with the best customer service and attitudes! Would 10/10 recommend

I showed up a little late towards closing time. The whole team stayed and got my new tires on my truck. They stayed after hours to make sure I got my tires on. Great group of guys

Every was great! I just wish the were more to the promotion that I had to my visit. I definitely hope they figure out their financing because with Covid related events happening it is hard to get approved and that would 100% be a better plus to the store/franchise.
