I noticed one of my trailer tires (hauling a side x side) was damaged & there was your Big O Tire Shop across the street from the 7 ELEVEN Gas Station. For safety considerations, we thought we’d check with your store! What an amazing experience!! Kind, very thoughtful, very thorough technicians - from the front service desk, to the service technicians - they were so nice! Truly a great bunch of employees & then they wouldn’t let us pay a dime! The world still has kind people - you, at Big O in Nephi did our hearts good today!! We thank you for everything!
