I scheduled an inspection. Upon evaluation of the car. They explained that it would pass, but recommended a replacement of the rear shocks and explained why. I also thought the ac/heater wasn't working. They checked it out and said they didn't find a problem. I appreciated the honesty.

I worked with two Midas locations, Thorndale and West Chester, so I could get 2 tires replaced on my vehicle. The service representatives at both locations did a great job communicating with me and I was happy with the service. Thank you to Luke, Giovanni, Mike and everyone else who helped me!

Gave them a call and was able to take my car in right away. The manager Chris was extremely helpful. I got 2 tires for a great price. Chris kept me informed every step of the way.
