I had a great time at Big O. I have taken my care to the Big O on 9th East for years. They are always courteous, get me in, and out quickly, rotate my tires I bought from them for free, and do it at an extremely reasonable price.

They took care of my needs in a timely manner. They have always treated me well.

I went in for an oil change and rotation and left with just that! It was fast and easy.

I showed up for tires and they made me feel right at home while I waited for them to finish up, which was about 30 minutes quicker than expected

I was driving and noticed my oil light flashing. I pulled into Big O. I asked how long it would take for an oil change. They estimated 45 minutes but they could see I was working and in a hurry. They were done in 20 -25 minuets. I appreciated their service and received a free tire rotation

I've been going to this location for some time now with my past vehicles and recommend this location to others all of the time. Skyler was very welcoming and helpful with the check in process and letting me know time to completion as well as any issues that need to be addressed. This location has always had friendly and knowledgeable service techs. I trust this location with my vehicles.

Knowledge friendly stuff. Location an excellent communication and follow up. Everyone following the guidelines by wearing a mask. The show room and waiting room areas were extremely clean.

Joe was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job advising me what tires to buy. I'm very please with the performance. It was a matter of hours from the time I called to the time I left with new tires. Great teamwork. Great shop. Very pleased.
