It starts with this Big O being on the same block as my house. But really, the staff is always friendly. I always get a "hello" or some kind of acknowledgement when I walk in the door. I never feel awkward, there. The store is very clean. I love "new rubber" smell, so the tire displays are always a plus;) There are LOTS of magazines to choose from, so I'm never bored when I wait. Jason Gerrard was very friendly, even after I left the store before my vehicle was done, to get my daughter from the house so my wife could take a nap. I did not inform Mr. Jason Gerrard that I was leaving. He was very polite when he called me to tell me my car was done. He was very polite and kind to my little daughter when we walked into the store. The check out process was smooth and painless. Yeah, I was/am very highly satisfied with my visit today!

The Customer Service folks are always friendly and knowlegeable. They review the maintenance requirements and upon my approval do a fast and efficient job. The service techs go the extra mile even fixing a loose and rattling licence plate.

Jason is very knowledgeable on tires and suspension and was great at helping me select the best tires for my vehicle. The price per tire was also cheaper than what I was quoted at other vendors. Great crew at this Big O!

My experience has been great. I had a large repair needed and they worked extra hard to make sure they were getting me the best possible price on the parts so that my overall end cost was the lowest possible. They work hard to take care of their customers.

By far the best experience I've ever had! This was my first visit, and I'm a customer for life. I was greeted immediately by the owner herself. Peggy was polite, and personable, and she took the time to listen to my needs. I needed an oil change and Tire Rotation that was done quickly, and they didn't try to sell me a million items, and even said your air filter actually looks fine. I have been to other businesses where I had installed a new filter 3 weeks ago, and tried to get me to buy another one. I wasn't a customer before, but Peggy and all of the Big O Tires team at her location has earned my business for life.
