Big O Tires

I have been going to this Big O store for over 25 years. I started at their old location and continued thru their move to a new store. They are honest and friendly. They have done all kinds of service on my cars including new tires, brakes, oil changes, alignments, etc. I have recommended them to friends and many of them were already customers. It is a great family owned business.

Associate was friendly and communicated well the issue. I’ve been driving my car around since then and haven’t had any issues. But most importantly, I have the peace of mind that I’m driving safely and reliably.

The service was fast and accurate. A fair price for the service preformed. Will likely go again for oil changes.

Everyone at the Big O in Millcreek is awesome! I've been a patron at this location for almost two decades. They've always made sure that my vehicles are taken care of. It's important to be able to trust your mechanic. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

Excellent, professional service

The older gentleman at the the counter is always very knowledgeable. Not just this visit. I came in at about 2:00 pm on a Saturday for a tire rotation and after you guys were done I needed to go to the chiropractor, because they were so quick I had whiplash. I did expect to wait longer coming in so late on a Saturday. This location of Big O is my favorite one and the location I will continue to go to for my new tire purchases. I have gottin tire rotations in California and Colorado

My name is Emily Hunt and I am the Sales Manager for KSFI FM100.3. Phil is my husbands sisters husband. We had a tire blow out on a motorhome while in transit to take it home. It happened at around 9:00pm in the evening and Phil drove it to the Big O location at 4500 South and 9th east. I was not with him but he called to let me know what happened. I called Jason Kassing from Kassing Andrews to alert him so he could let Joe the store manager know when they showed up the next morning wondering who it belonged to. Everyone was extremely responsive and took great care of all of us. I ment Phil at the store in the morning and then he and Joe worked out the service that needed to be provide. I asked Joe to not to have Phil take care of the bill, that I would be doing that. He was awesome to work with, and in a matter of a few hours everything was taken care of.
