Big O Tires

Very pleasant with great customer care. No wait. I had to go back after discovering some oil leaking after being serviced. Upon my return the service people were very prompt and courteous about finding and fixing the problem. I gave it a 4 star rating only because I had to go back. The service was great!

We feel like they take care of us like family. Fair and always friendly. Me and my several vehicles have been a customer for years.

Service was great. I got an oil change, brakes checked and bled, and they patched a flat for a reasonable price. However none of my tires pressure was checked and none of my fluids were topped off. Fast forward two days, I have another flat that probably could have been avoided if they checked my tires per my request.

This location is amazing! Family run and so honest and fair. They stand by everything they do and treat me like family. They take the time to get to know their customers and the cars they drive. I've recommended them to countless friends and will keep doing so!

I have bought my tires here by the previous owners. I got a notice that i was due for a tire rotation which i had done not too long before this one. I am not sure why they did not catch this issue before hand. Your service man was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that the cost of the repair was very, very excessive. Checking around for the parts was way lower than what i actually paid. I feel that as you can pull up my records what was actually done and the cost. I feel that i should be compensated and my bill should be lowered for the cost that i actually paid. I don't think i will be coming back to Big-O for future service.

I specifically came to this location because of the great reviews. I stopped in for an oil change on my way to work. The girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. My oil change was finished in about 10 minutes and they even filled my tires up! I will definitely be going to this location for all of my vehicle needs from now on.

I am concerned that symptom noise I went in for is still occurring.

The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY nice and very cooperative and patient. They fixed my car 30 minutes before close and I felt bad because I didn't know that closed at 6 so they were nice enough to stay open to get my Jeep fixed I have much respect for this day and I appreciate everything they did

Went to get an oil change and now I'm leaking oil. Not the first time it's happend with you guys. I'm going back to have it redone.

Had a problem with the tires I thought, but it was the rotor's -did a great job on them at a fair price Thank you

Fast service, clean store. But they broke my glove box when checking my cabin air filter. I wasn't impressed with the manager who was more concerned about convincing me that if the tech knew he would have told the manager. Accidents happen, but I would prefer a manager who takes responsibility rather than defends the tech. Probably won't return to this big o after they fix the part that was broken. The old management seemed more like a friend and less like a business. But service was fast (unfortunately I had to go back to show that the glove box was broken and I will have to go back again to get the broken piece replaced.... So for me the speed turned out to be irrelevant).

Peggy's crew and operation are in top shape! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of tires and the other services offered.

Had them put my snow tires on. Window was down and the TPMS light was on. Turns out they removed one of the sensors and replaced it with a rubber valve stem rendering the system useless. Tire (s) are also not balanced well at all. Going back for correction for sure.

I bought 4 new tires for my corvette, I pulled in and my brakes were fine (or I wouldn't have been able to drive there) when the put the new tires on and pulled out my car I had NO BRAKES!!!! I asked the woman inside and her "lead mechanic"� they laughed at me, and were so ignorant!!! I have a $100,000 car and they were assholes cause they messed up on something that caused my brakes to not work. They pulled it back in to figure out what happened and they "lead mechanic"� laughed and swore at me! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
