I was happy with my experience and I will keep coming back. After they worked on it I thought there was still a problem and they had me come back in and they checked again with no extra charge to me. Great experience!

Went in to have engine light and brakes checked. They diagnosed the issues and were able to take care of them quickly. While I was there I decided to add on an oil change and safety/emissions inspection all of which was done within an hour. Peggy and her team are very friendly and offer great value.

Today's ago I took care in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told front breaks were at 2 and needed to be changed soon. What they neglected to notice was that the tires had no tread and needed to be replaced. You're a tire store!?!

First time here and I felt welcome and my car problems were addressed quickly, with multiple options given to get my car back to the best shape it can be in. I appreciated that the options were given rather than just, "if you want it fixed, this is what we have to do and here's how much it'll cost."

I took my SUV in for a free maintenance inspection and am pleased with the service. The staff was attentive and very polite and am planning on going there again for the recommended services.

I went in to get a flat tire fixed and tries rotated last Wednesday.They were fast efficient and wonderful to work with.Not like the Highland store on 3000 S.I despise that store and the people who work there.

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. my "low tire" indicator was engaged. after the service I realized the "low tire" indicator was still engaged. the shop foreman told me that all tires had equal pressure and it should take roughly 8 miles of driving for the "low tire" indicator light to go away. it did not go away. I realized I was running my tires at 34lbs. for a softer ride. apparently Jeep recommends the tire pressure be higher so the pressure would match the tire manufacturer recommendations. I filled all 4 tires up to 42lbs and the "low tire" indicator immediately went away. I hope this information will help them in future tire issues.

I am always pleased when I take my car to this Big O Tires shop. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable, honest and quick to complete any service. I am thankful to have a place to take my cars where I know I will get exceptional service every time.

Have bought two sets of tires in the last year. I give them 4/5 because I've only been going there exclusively for only one year. So far good

I always get the best treatment at my BigOTires.They are flexible, knowledgeable, and friendly.My wife is not a car enthusiast and doesn't know much about auto repairs, but I don't hesitate to have her take the car there if I am not around to do it for her.I trust them.
