Big O Tires

I have shopped at this Big O Tire store for many, many years for tires, brakes, oil changes and more. The service is wonderful. They are very caring and won't suggest something I don't need. The work is done in a timely manner and I have never had a problem with it. Peggy Pessetto and her crew have continued the great work that she and her husband Mickey started all those years ago.

I had a horrible experience at the store in Kearns and was close to never visiting a Big O again. However after visiting your store, which is so close to where I work, and understanding that each location is independently owned and operated, I decided to give Big O another chance. I am so glad I did your store and staff are wonderful.

Best service hands down. When I left, I felt like I was a member of Peggy's family. Peggy knows how to make sure customers are taken care of. Tires are tires. Caring for customers and making sure they are pleased with service is a rarity. I received a quote from Peggy for tires and immediately knew purchasing them from her Big O would be the best decision. She follows through on her promises. You can tell the immaculate appearance of her shop shows how they will respect your vehicle.

Walked in off the street for a flat repair rotation and oil change, was told it would be 45-60 minutes. I timed them and it was only 33 minutes from walking in to walking out.

I had to come back in and ask why each of my tires was showing a different tire pressure, but that's fine. I was sad that I couldn't get a cheaper tire, which I had seen on the website. And even though I was offered a deal, I still paid 50 more a tire than I anticipated. 2 Tires came to 350 dollars which is alot of money for a car I barely drive, had it been a little cheaper I would have bought 4 new tires.

I came looking for trailer tire info, found out what I need Nicolette, was a great help. Got the tires ordered and set a time for install. Install was great and fast didn't have to wait long, even got tires changed on my RZR. Nicolette and the crew were so helpful and Great. Thank you.

I took my car on for an alignment they were really friends and gave me updates on what else was wrong with my car. And even offered estimates of what the costs would be for repairs.

Honestly this has been my best tire and alignment experience i have ever had!! A++
