Our family has been taking our cars to Big O for years and have always gotten excellent service. My husband needed a new battery for his truck and they took care of it very quickly.

I brought my car in the morning and they said they might no be able to take a look at it until the afternoon, but they called me just a couple hours later and referred me to a shop which could help me and gave me a printout of exactly what work I needed done. They were very helpful and professional I would highly recommend these guys.

My battery died last week while the car was parked in the garage. I charged it enough to get it running and took it to Big O. They got a new battery installed in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. Totally painless.

I have been patronizing this Big O Tires for about 30 years. The Pessetto family has always run a very honest business. Their service is fast and friendly and they will never try to tell you that you need something for your car just to make money. In fact, I have gone in thinking I needed a particular service or part and have been told I did not need it. At times they have made little adjustments for free. This is a wonderful place to do business.

We had one of your reps Jason Gerrard help us with our cars today and he was very professional, nice, explained everything about what was going on with our cars, and educated us on what he recommended needed to be done and the services we had done were finished quickly. We used to go to jiffy lube for everything but now we will be coming to this big o tire location anytime we need something done for our cars just because of his amazing personal customer service.
