My car died on the side of the road, luckily within walking distance, thought maybe my battery was just bad, pulled it out of my car and walked it down there, got a new battery, car started but I still had some warning lights so I stopped by the store and had them check my wattage. Turns out my alternator is out. They got me scheduled really quickly and were clear on pricing. Very friendly staff.

The service was excellent and I received exactly what was promised. Big O had the best prices out of three different tire stores and explained my options so I could make a well informed decision. I recommend Big O Tires on 900 E. In Holladay and will use them for all my vehicles in the future. In addition to providing the best tire prices, they installed new brakes and offer oil changes for one stop car care services. This is extremely important providing a significant time savings (one stop).

Called Big O after a product mix up at Discount tire, mg regular tire guys. Big O explained to me what the mix up was and found the right tires scheduled me and got them on all in a few hours from when I called. New loyal customer, couldn’t be happier.

The associates made the process very easy. They knew what was needed, and completed the task fairly quickly. They also went above and beyond by reinstalling all of my donut and jack, rim, etc back into the car.
