I have been coming in since it was your grandpa's down the road a piece. I must really be a happy customer! I really miss daddy Mickey too.

We had one of your reps Jason Gerrard help us with our cars today and he was very professional, nice, explained everything about what was going on with our cars, and educated us on what he recommended needed to be done and the services we had done were finished quickly. We used to go to jiffy lube for everything but now we will be coming to this big o tire location anytime we need something done for our cars just because of his amazing personal customer service. This was my first visit to this Big O Tires location. Very friendly people. I felt like they were very honest with me, in fact they informed me that my daughter's car will need brakes soon, in the next month or two. There was no pressure to get them done right away. That doesn't happen very often. I definitely will be returning to this shop.

I had a horrible experience at the store in Kearns and was close to never visiting a Big O again. However after visiting your store, which is so close to where I work, and understanding that each location is independently owned and operated, I decided to give Big O another chance. I am so glad I did your store and staff are wonderful.

Best service hands down. When I left, I felt like I was a member of Peggy's family. Peggy knows how to make sure customers are taken care of. Tires are tires. Caring for customers and making sure they are pleased with service is a rarity. I received a quote from Peggy for tires and immediately knew purchasing them from her Big O would be the best decision. She follows through on her promises. You can tell the immaculate appearance of her shop shows how they will respect your vehicle.
