Best service hands down. When I left, I felt like I was a member of Peggy's family. Peggy knows how to make sure customers are taken care of. Tires are tires. Caring for customers and making sure they are pleased with service is a rarity. I received a quote from Peggy for tires and immediately knew purchasing them from her Big O would be the best decision. She follows through on her promises. You can tell the immaculate appearance of her shop shows how they will respect your vehicle.

Joe was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job advising me what tires to buy. I'm very please with the performance. It was a matter of hours from the time I called to the time I left with new tires. Great teamwork. Great shop. Very pleased.

Got my Ford Escape 70,000 mile inspection. They were done including the oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment in under an hour.

I called ahead for an appointment for a full synthetic oil change. The lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Nearly no wait time to get my car serviced as soon as I arrived. Service time was a bit longer than average but that would not keep me from coming back. I had to bring my dog along and there was a nice grassy area outside with a bench and shade tree where we waited.

Peggy Pessetto took amazing care of me, it is hard to find a good and honest place to take my car..... when I do I am loyal. In the past I have always found that the people running the shop are far more important than whose brand name is on the front of the store. I will be coming back to have these guys do more work on my vehicles.
