Big O Tires

well, the service was great and tires were balanced for the second time, while the wabble improved, the wabble is still there in my tires, so either the tires I purchased are of poor quality or the issue is not resolved.

I had a flat tire twice and Big O tires in Millcreek Utah, were able to help me in a matter of minutes, with a great customer service.

The staff that greet you as you enter the facility are always friendly and helpful. When you have problem with your vehicle, you do not have to wait long for a diagnosis. The repairs I received to my vehicle seemed to correct the problem and appears to be fairly priced. Whenever I have a vehicle problem, I usually take it to this facility first. If they cannot provide the service, they will provide a referrel.

Made an extraordinary attempt at customer service. The staff and mechanics did a wonderful job making sure I was given the correct product for my needs. I was very satisfied with my purchase!
