I've taken many vehicles to this location and have ALWAYS had great service and honesty. I was recently told my the dealership that I needed new brakes so I took it to Peggy for a 2nd opinion. I ended up not needing new brakes as they had plenty of life on them. I live in Herriman now and still take my vehicles to Peggy and her AMAZING team. #customer4life

I choose to drive past a different Big O Tires to visit this location. I continue to visit this location even though I moved to a different city, because of their costumer service and speedy repair time. They always make you feel like family.

The Customer Service folks are always friendly and knowlegeable. They review the maintenance requirements and upon my approval do a fast and efficient job. The service techs go the extra mile even fixing a loose and rattling licence plate.

By far the best experience I've ever had! This was my first visit, and I'm a customer for life. I was greeted immediately by the owner herself. Peggy was polite, and personable, and she took the time to listen to my needs. I needed an oil change and Tire Rotation that was done quickly, and they didn't try to sell me a million items, and even said your air filter actually looks fine. I have been to other businesses where I had installed a new filter 3 weeks ago, and tried to get me to buy another one. I wasn't a customer before, but Peggy and all of the Big O Tires team at her location has earned my business for life.
